Just wondering if others have found inaccuracies in inventory for OZ flights. I recently searched for a specific class and found availability (9), then contacted the local agent who showed the class zeroed out (0). It was for a single sector MNL-ICN. EF advised that inventory changes with point-of-sale (POS), but I cannot select Philippines as POS, and EF defaults to the US for POS. I tried a number of different POS options, and all returned the same availability...

Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

I believe you have answered your own question, although to complicate this further, availability can also vary with booking agency.

"Inaccuracy" is probably the wrong word - E/F simply returns what the GDS being used returns, so it is accurate as far as that.

Thanks for that serfty. Interestingly when I searched Asiana’s website I found the same availability as that reported by the local travel agent, which was 0 for the class of interest. But ExpertFlyer showed 9 which is a big discrepancy...

Can you find a US point of sale? The US Expedia website for example? That should return the same as EF
