Nobody called back and I gave up trying to speak with anyone competent at Qantas. Fortunately there was still classic award availability in business, so I made a new booking and cancelled the one that Qantas messed up. When I get back I will try to get my points balance corrected as they stuffed that too. I also have three reference numbers from Customer Care but I am not holding my breath for a requested call-back there either.This is what I am currently going through. Did you ever hear back / resolve this issue?
