They are. It's a glitch.
How do you know they're aware?
edited to add: now on phone to Qantas. Response from agent "i can see youve flown 6 eligible sectors. That's very odd." They're showing it to their supervisor.
they came back and said it is a system error. They are aware of it, and it won't affect requalification!
I can confirm the glitch doesn't affect requalification. I called 3 weeks ago as I renew this month and was concerned the "0" flights would be an issue. But the agent confirmed there is a problem with some accounts. She could see the correct total and subsequently my new card arrived without a hitch.
