Emirates inflight safety video

Still prefer the mid-noughties QF video that started with a checklist for those who fly frequently, before launching into the full video. Really effective summary of key points, good reminder, and reinforced the message well.

I think the big Stephen Spielberg productions were a great novelty and interesting originally but now are just noise to most passengers.

Me, I find myself way more engaged when the Cabin Crew are standing in the aisle doing a manual demonstration ( and yes I get it's probably not the best use of their time )

Certainly appeals to those (women) who watch Bridgerton and Outlander 😂. I like it 🤣. But maybe sexist but reckon men and many women might find it annoying and too long. Which it is.

The brief must have been 'imagine a period drama except each scene is rudely interrupted by BA cabin crew' 😅

Having listened to the EK video 4 times on flights in the last 6 weeks I still found it had a more professional feel as a safety message than QF which seems more focussed on production than message.
