Emirates Istanbul lounge alternative

I'm flying with Emirates from Istanbul to Dubai in a few days. As a Qantas Gold FF is was expecting to use their lounge but it hasn't reopened post-pandemic. Does anyone know which lounge they are using now and if a QF Gold would have access if not flying in J?
