Error crediting UL Business class to Qantas

Recently flew UL and put my Qantas FF.
Still have the boarding passes that reflect this information.

It had been a few days, so I did the missing points claim online.
However, it got rejected with the following error.

However, I dont see it in my Qantas account and I didnt put in any other FF number.
Has anyone had this happen? What is the best course of action from here?

Thursday last week.
I can understand the taking time bit, but outright rejection seems unusual
I would give it a week at least, the rejection indicates it’s probably going through, some systems take a fortnight to sync to QFF, CX is weekly for instance
 
I resubmitted and got the same rejection email again. However, despite this, the points got credited just a few hours later.
