I have been attempting to apply for new ESTAs but the upload of our passport page is failing. Any suggestions for this. TIA

I eventually went to an iPad and followed the instructions to photograph the passport.
It was straightforward from there. It seems that it doesn’t like the Mac system.

I did ours on a mac today but took a screen shot of each passport and uploaded that with no problems
