Etihad Points with normal shop

So the way i’ve read the partnership with ethihad,Every $ i spend at coles, i get 1 mile with ethihad.And this is done automatically.I linked my accounts since the partnership first stared.but my account balance at etihad is still 0.I called flybuys, and was told that i had to manually sweep the points from the flybuys website?Am i missing something?


I'm stupid. It's tier miles and not miles.

Hi there, if you're linked you'll earn 1 Etihad Guest Tier Mile for every $1 spent at Coles Supermarkets, Coles Online, Coles Express, Liquorland or First Choice Liquor, to a maximum of 2,500 Tier Miles per month.
