Etihad residence for $1300

It seems too good to be true, but I came across this in a Dubai newspaper this morning and though it might help someone on here.
Abu-Dhabi to Mumbai starts on May 1st and they are planning starter fares.
I haven't searched the Etihad website as I won't be able to take advantage of it, but someone might.

Can see First for around $1200 one way on random dates but not the Residence.
 
Surely the article meant F for that price? I would expect the residence to be at least $3k even for the short flight length.
 
Wow that's cheap!
I remember when the residence was first introduced it was advertised at £20K just for LHR-AUH.
 
Searched a few random dates and the residence on AUH-BOM is always same price - AED18,084 which is a bit over $AU7,000.
