Good evening,

I think my Europcar Privilege Elite status permits "direct access to Le Club Accorhotels Gold," but I can't find where or how to activate this.

See here, and scroll down to "Elite" on the right:

Europcar Privilege program

Any ideas? I have an Accor stay coming up.

Much obliged.

Kind regards,

SBD

There is a link on the welcome email.

Alas, I don't believe there is.

I have the original welcome email, and also the initial email confirming my ID and password, but no such link.

Mysterious.

Regards,

Hmm.

Europcar Loyalty says

"With regards to the Accor benefits, they have recently changed and all Europcar customers now get a 10% discount on their bookings with Accor."

So I guess that's that. Disappointing.
