Europcar Privilege Elite Membership for Velocity Plats... not quite

As I haven't used Europcar for a while, can someone please PM me the VA Platinum code? (I am VA Platinum) or where I can find it?

There isn't a VA plat code as such - you get Europcar privilege Executive or Elite for a year as a reciprocal benefit through Velocity website - these have a code, but it's not really worth much anymore, as they recently changed the program and removed the 20% discount for Executive and 30% for Elite. There's a whole thread on the changes (too hard to find and link on my iPhone).

Thanks, I'll go looking for it. I've haven't really been keeping up with the rental mobs, but I did know Europcar had made changes to the program.

I'm at 11, and will have a few more in the months ahead so should get 15 before my expiry on 03/16 - hoping they'll bump me though nowhere on the site does it say this - just says you need 40 to get VIP (but hopefully they'll assume i qualified for the first 25 with my velocity platinum match)

I decided to do it the hard way to make sure. I'm well into Elite and I guess I'll reach VIP somewhere around years end. Silly thing is, I've still got a complete set of VA SMs sitting there and no need to use them. I wish they'd bring Starwood into the SM fold and that would be one SM gone!

I'm at: Qualifying Rentals = 15; Qualifying Days = 52; Qualifying for Rewards = 7. I've currently got a car out here in the UK for a further 21 days so unsure if that's one additional rental and 21 days yet to be added. So you need 40 rentals and 130 days to make VIP? Seems I'm well short.
