European landing charges

If travelling internationally into western Europe, which country has the least punitive landing charges? I mean literally anywhere, from Netherlands to Spain/Portugal, for example.

So, if flying on an Australian issued ticket, can the all up cost be affected by where your European destination is?

If transiting via London, presumably to then use a domestic sized plane for the final leg, does this have an effect on the calculated cost? As one example, flying QF SYD - MAD.
