I would have disputed the charge if they had not credited it back.

I don't recall the CNS terminals being 1km apart. Maybe 300m. Is there a new international terminal?
Can't I beef up the story a bit? It's not a km but it's over 300m. I'd hazard a real guess of around 500m. Remember arrivals is down the far end of the Int terminal and you have to go into the Dom terminal to book out the car (they don't do it from the carpark kiosk) and than back out to the carpark to pick up the car and the guard rail means you have to use the ped. x-ing whereas if they bothered to meet my flight at the Int, the desk is at the arrivals door and the car would be 20m out the door and across the road. I'm there tomorrow, I'll measure it!
I get satisfaction from them admitting they made a mistake.I should have, but to be honest, disputing such a small amount is time wasted out of my day and the time was more important to me.
Had a situation with Hertz in Canberra back in the late 90's using corporate discount (so I was tied to Hertz) where I was routinely pinged for refuelling. 10 litres here, 6 litres there. Worst was 25 litres when I had only travelled 20 km in total.I should have, but to be honest, disputing such a small amount is time wasted out of my day and the time was more important to me.

In line with the theme of this thread: I had to use PPE today! Twice!
What? Sunglasses so the paparazzi couldn't recognise you?
