Everyday Rewards launches Everyday Extra subscription product

No, haven’t seen anywhere that they’re monthly and guaranteed (and I guess technically they could say the Big W one was the perk).

This was the response:

Thanks for letting us know. Yes, please know that Everyday Extra Perks aren't a guarantee every month. We understand your disappointment though, and would like offer 2000 points as a gesture of goodwill. If you'd like to accept, please let us me know and i'll sort it out for you.
Thanks for the information.
I didn't receive the extra perk also, so messaged them and I got 2000 points :)

That's more valuable than any extra perk!

Absolutely.

Yes I got the t-shirt offer, but no Woolies perk. I was thinking it may still come.

I doubt it. My theory is those who missed out were assigned a product that had to be pulled at the last minute. I imagine it takes a fair amount of planning and negotiating with suppliers to be able to give out products for free.

I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with this particular freebie, in that there are a lot of people who, while unlikely in the first instance, will certainly not now accidentally find out that this product is terrible with their own money.

Put it this way, there’s a reason why these manufacturers are promoting certain products in this way!

Tried ER chat to enquire why I didn't receive a Big W bonus item. Got no where. Just "you didn't get one" the chat was ended before I could say more.

Did my weekly Woolies shop today, took a while to find the jam as was on the very bottom shelf and almost put my back out trying to get low enough to reach to back to get a flavour that my parents would eat (strawberry) given it didnt look appetizing compared with Hanks and I dont really eat jam.

No wonder they were giving it away, it was so hidden i doubt anyone buys that brand regularly.
