I picked up my two perks while at the local WW a little while ago, but just realised after getting home only the yoghurt was credited off the sale!

I will need to get a refund on the Mochi Moons ($10 for these 6 little balls!). Must be a short term money market scam from WW at that price!

I have the same.
I still have last month's yoghurt in the fridge, so probably won't claim the yoghurt.

It was my bad, on this one - apparently it's only certain flavours that are included for the perk, and I happened to choose one that wasn't (Coconut - how could they not include coconut!?). They have given me a 2,000 point credit ($10 refund equivalent) as a gesture of goodwill, regardless of my stuff up. Happy with that

... plus I just realised I can redeem one of the valid flavours later, if I actually like these things, as the perk still remains in my account
