Everyday Rewards launches Everyday Extra subscription product

Noticed another 'perk' today of 15x points for every shop in the Everyday Rewards shop from now until the end of March.
I notice there's also 5x points on $100+ shops, and I have a boost of 1,000 points for $60+ spends in home and outdoor items - might actually be worth a look at some point...
We received this . :(
I can't see anything I would purchase from the every day rewards shop. Far cheaper sources for the products elsewhere - even when considering a 7½% + $5 rebate.
Another case of enshittification
Absolutely.

This annoyed us so much that I complained via app chat that this is "not a perk" and explained as quoted with the further advice that if such continued as a "perk" I would be unlikely to renew.

They gave us 1000 points as a compensation. I guess $5 is often more then the value of some of the "perks" ,,,

Brilliant program for a few bucks a month cost - and get Cash Rewards back on that too. A month or so back that was extra 5% or 10% extra.

Spend $400 a month on home delivery, and save $40, get free home delivery on that sum, save an hour of time, and get a ton of extra points that also save me $10 off.

Total No brainer to sign up.

17 boosters this week -- pretty typical. Up to 600 bonus points each.

I think its value has significantly declined in the last six months, with the missed perks and almost non existent bonus points offers (I’m talking ones like 10K for 4 weeks, not your typical 150 points for $4 of Brussels sprouts).

That said, as much as I’m annoyed, simple maths says I’m savng more per month with the 10% discount than the subscription is costing me.

But the program has hooked you into doing your biggest individual spend at WW to maximise that 10% offer.

Us the punter wins on that shop as does the anti-Australian Woolies.

Funny you say that - yesterday I did my monthly big shop (around $300) and forgot to add the promo. Delivery for this morning.

I realised last night and contact support, they wouldn't let me add the promo retrospectively, but said if I don't use my 10% for the rest of the month, I could contact them again and they will award WR points for the equivalent amount (so in my case around 6000 points for $300 spend). She also offered to cancel the order so I could resubmit, which I did as I could still get a delivery spot tonight.

On reflection that was a stupid decision, I should have taken the points - 3000 QF points is worth more than $30 to me (I would never redeem for less than 1c/point).

Certainly very good customer support to give you those options. Flexible.
