Everyday rewards points not posted

Same issue here, I can see the fuel vouchers break down but not the points so not sure if all my points are posting. I assume they are since I'm still getting a weekly dump of points.

I'm having the same problem. As you've guessed, at least some of the points are being credited as they are showing up in the QFF accounts. Luckily the 2000 points for my online transaction showed up in my QFF account. It will be great when they finally fix the system so we can check if the correct number of points have been credited.

My points have been slow appearing for the last 6 weeks or so but I have received no bonus points in that time - earned at least 3000 pts.

Hi,
Just spent some time with a helpful EDR agent.
My BWS double points have not appeared and she could not find a cause so credited them for me .
I have missed out on two lots of 750 bonus points - the lady explained though that , if it is part of say spend $x in a one week period ending say 16 November , all of the bonuses are not applied to my account until usually 7 days after the end of the promotion - this could explain my missing 1500 points.
I will keep an eye out.

Looks like the points statement are back up, just logged in today and I can see them all. Can't find my points I earned when I purchased beer online, unless alcohol doesn't earn points?
