Received a 3x offer by email a few days ago. Activated it today in the app and it didn't work. I went back to the email and hit the activate link there, to find out that it was a limited activation and the cap had been met. None of that was mentioned in the TandC.

I did some shopping yesterday and was told at the check-out that I had a 10% discount to use. I held off as I had only spent $20. I was told it expired at the end of the month so I will plan a better shop this weekend.

Has anyone else had that? I haven't received an email notification.

Exactly the same to me for one of the accounts. The first time I'd ever seen that - it was hardly lucrative either being a stingy 3* points per dollar spend.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. As part of my Woolworths Home Contents insurance, I get 10% discount on one shop each month. This is usually limited to one weekend, in the middle of the month, and they send me an email each month to confirm the exact times and dates. This month, no email, and the offer appears to be valid until the end of the month. I declined it yesterday, and will do a bigger shop this coming weekend. It's a worthwhile scheme, but is this now the new norm?

just this morning I've been sent another 3x points offer. Maybe they're trialling that kind of feature

I had the same pop up when I was shopping about 10 days ago. I have no idea why it appeared but as I had just completed a larger then normal shop I accepted and it immediately reduced the total by 10%. I had not received any prior notification and do not have any WOW insurance. If it is a glitch I hope when you do your bigger shop that it reappears !

Thanks, I did a bigger shop today and it was still there. So 10% thank you very much.

So this morning, I receive an email reminding me to activate my 3* points offer (the one above I mentioned I tried that was oversubscribed). Clicked on the Activate link and now it is activated.

Sounds like some sort of internal remediation to a screw up.

Something weird is going on. I activated the 3x, was told successful, get the email reminder to use it, doesn't appear in app.

9000 points. Earn 4,500 per week for 2 weeks for $60pw ***online shoppers only*** (first shop by 27May)

Edit: note that the shop may be "contactless delivery" or "click and collect", but must be ordered online and rewards card cross-linked to online account.

1200 points for $50 at BWS by Sunday (3 days)
Pushing a location I don't normally used - but next to the Woolies I do use.

Are they telling me I should be wandering
Fred

Very interesting - I guess as an added bonus you could use it with the $10 off online shops (value must be over $100) currently on the website, I think that expires tonight.

I think they are telling you that you should be crawling rather than wandering. I have the same offer for $60 and also have a 1000 point for shopping online ($100 spend however).

No email for the cook range bonus, but did get a sponsored Facebook post that lead to having to put my card number in. Linking here for anyone else who wasn’t targeted

(I can also say that the Greek marinate butterflied boneless chicken in this range makes a great easy weeknight dinner in the oven with some veggies and brown rice to serve, or cut up and made into wraps with Lebanese bread)

Hi All.
has anyone actually received 10x points on this COOK offer?
This 10x shows in my list of Activated offers in the rewards app, but when I add products to the online shopping there’s no sign of the offer working.
The online app shows Point Earn as I add products, actually shows 3x for all products because of another offer... but isn’t showing the 10x for Cook products.
Has any else seen this?

Thanks
Bill

I got caught out in this too, instead of the points coming to my account automatically through the receipt or order confirmation (like with what you see with 3 x points offers), they came a few days later as "bonus points" (shopped on Sat, points on Mon).

Low and behold a read of the T&Cs of the offer confirm that they'll hit the account that way instead of instantaneously.

Also sharing this link for activation on 200 bonus points per product on the cook range. Bonus points will hit 3 days after the sale - hopefully it’ll combine with the 10x points offer. Otherwise, 200 points on something as cheap as a $4 stir fry veggie kit isn’t bad.
