Followed up this issue for one family account with the membercare email address. Today received a reply from CSR Tori: "We have gone ahead and credited the 1,500 points for you (1,000 for the offer and 500 for the inconvenience)."

Just completed my two 8-week offers. One of spend min 1c each week for 2000 points, so 16k points for small spends and the other was also spend 1c each week for 1000 points so 8k, but if spending all weeks (which I did) a bonus 2k, so 10k earned. Each of those accounts had the occasional (modest) stack during the period.

Didn’t bother with that. So they lowered the bar to 4x $105 for 10k. The algorithm must still be in lockdown somewhere….

Both technically easy to do - except when you normally shop at Coles.
