Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Sorry to hear it Dr. Hope it's isolated. My last few seem to have tracked correctly in the app (multiweek and single week offers) and then credited when the targets were hit.

Something has definitely gone amiss of late. 4,000QF points lost in transit and a 4.500EDR offer not credited over the weekend. Had to chase up missing gift card points recently too.

Saw the chat was offline, so assumed they are pretty busy dealing with the mess.

It might be up thread but I had some points in limbo. They were showing in the app in the “Pay” tab QFF points on lower left and Fuel vouchers on lower right.

The fix was to change rewards to $ and the straight back to QFF points. The missing pts arrived almost immediately.

My Reward Credits for the tableware haven't been keeping up with the spend, of late. Anyone else have the same? Points are moving across quickly to QFF though; almost there in an instant after I am notified of reaching the transfer levels.

Cheers,
Matt.

Just a heads up to keep a track of things as my last 2 bonus point offers have not tracked at all (it's been more than 3 weeks since they should have been awarded). I've sent them an email and it bounced back. I've tried to call them multiple times and have given up after 30 minutes waiting each time. I've now sent them a message via Facebook. If they don't respond positively I'm sending this to Fair Trading as the reports on Facebook seem to suggest that this is now becoming very common.
UPDATE:

Bonus points just mysteriously appeared in my account:

I don't have to worry about points on offers not posting as I haven't had a targeted one since August. just the general 5 or 10x points that most get plus the booster products.

This may sound like an odd question, but are people getting Xmas boosters automatically applied/boosted for them? I suspect some of them are generic and apply to everyone (like the 10x on Gold range which was in this week's catalogue), but just seen boosts are active for a whole bunch of offers specifically at Metro stores. Bread, deli products, chips, there's quite a few.

Same here and I don't remember boosting them specifically...

The x5 points offer (I think it was last week) seemed to be for all members regardless of you boost it or not. They had printouts of the offer places right around the store also.

I got x20 points at BIGW on Bonds the other week as they had a flyer up in store, I didn’t boost it and still got the points. I noted it was an offer in my boost list later on.

2 accounts spend $90/week x 2 for 4500 points each

One account spend $50/week x 2 for 3000 points

Another account spend $100/week x 2 for the grand sum of 1800 points. Wow, so generous.

We'll do the first 3 offers.

I was certain I would get an offer this week since we are away and couldn’t use it. But no zilch from EDR.

Nothing for me in over a week. Definitely no spend $ amounts for X amount of points for a long time. Just bonus points for products I rarely use.

I'm a week into a $220 x 2 weeks for 9,000 bonus points. Easy in the lead up to xmas.
Me too, and it goes nicely with the get $20 off for a $220 spend offer and the 10x points on total shop for a $15 spend on barbecue meat/fish.
