Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I signed up for this yesterday while on the phone to an Origin consultant who told me about it. I was looking at returning to Red Energy. It was so easy online (didn't know about the app) and you need to have been with Origin for 30 days, or a new client, still be with them on 1 July and will qualify for the $150 credit, plus 2500 ER points and 2000 for zero emission. The other points are earned on bill payments.
Did you mean 25,000 for the electricity (rather than 2,500) or is there a clause that says it is 2,500 per month or something similar?

No I think it's more about the $150 credit. The points are 2500 not 25000 unfortunately.

It's 25k for elec and ,15k points for gas.
The 2k points are extra for green, however they substantiate that, but you pay 15c per day for that.
I changed from red energy to origin recently for this deal.
No $150 to Vic customers, bummer.

Must have different plans for different States - mine is 2500 straight off not 25000.
It excludes VIC & WA. You needed to activate it via the ER app (if you were targeted) before signing up. Check your ER app, if you have it targeted you can still cancel your current sign up within 10 days and then resign up again lol.

Here's the full monty attached. Carbon offset isn't worth it.

Sounded good but I obviously wasn't targeted as just checked my app and it's the same offer that I received.

For those of you who get boosts and spend so much for x points do you just check them on the app or do you get emails. I unsubscribed from emails while I was overseas and haven't had a decent offer for months. This applies to both Flybuys and EDR

I was looking closely at the Origin offer, as well, after realising that AGL were about to lump us with a 77% increase from July 1st (NSW, Sydney, lower north - Ausgrid distributed). Instead I've ended up going for a fixed rate until Jan 2024 with Red Energy which is ~25% better than Origin's rate from Jul 1.

Cheers,
Matt.

I'm also unsubbed, I check the app once a week before a shop and activate whatever is there.

Cheers neighbour, I'll have another geez after the points are banked.

I used to get 8 -12 boost products and have used the App only since before the Pandemic.
Five months ago they disappeared and have only reappeared in the last 3 weeks but only four.

Probably not targetted.... 6x points on gift cards with a min spend of $150. 3% discount (which is less than or equal to the car club discounts), therefore not worth the hassle of chasing the points.

That said, I only just followed up on the last promotion (1600 points for $250 spend of gift cards) and they gave me an extra 400 points for my trouble.

+1 to this offer. I've been lucky that these points always get credited (and can't get a better discount elsewhere so always take em up)

Depnding on where you live, but, if QLD, you can join RACQ for $26 pa and access the discounts. It wouldn't take long to recoup that cost.

Spend $150 for 4,400 points, nice & will complete.

1st in probably a month.

Mrs Moo received $100 for 1,000 points, arhh tellem their dreaming.
