Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Hot in the heels of the 4 week spend $60/week and earn 8,000 Woolworths points there is a new unattractive offer with increased spend.

Spend $110/week for 2 weeks and 1,750 points/week.

They have almost doubled the spend for less reward. Still not too bad but if they keep increasing spend hurdle we'll stop using that card.

Were you able to activate the offer above?

It's not really practical for me to chase up the activation directly with Woolworths Rewards. I'm hoping they will realise it is an existing bug and fix it themselves. This happens from time to time with problem offers. I won't be using it until later in the week anyway. Tomorrow I use week 3 of an existing offer where I spend $50 and get 3000 points.

One of our family members just got a targeted offer for this week and next week. Each week is spend $50 for 1000 points. The only problem is that I can't activate it. I keep getting the message, "Unfortunately this offer is not available on your Woolworths Rewards card".

I used a different device and browser and eventually managed to activate the offer.

No offers here since the spend $175 for 4 weeks for 12000 points, which the 4 weeks is just up and which I did not activate. Spend too high.

To anyone who activated this ($140 for 14,000 in my instance) when would one expect the points / woolworths dollars to post?

I have a feeling something went amiss with my week 3 'click and collect' shop as my week 4 dockets didn't mention anything about the promotion - have a feeling I'll be making a call :/

My points were credited as soon as I made the week 4 transaction. There appears to be an ongoing issue when it comes to rewards for online shopping. I suggest you follow it up either by phone, online chat or email and have as much evidence with you as you can. Did your base points for the click and collect order get credited?

I got the same offer, not nearly as good as previous one in Sep (spend 2 x $135 get 9,200).

The current online AMEX offer is much more attractive.

Cheers for your reply, yes they did post but from what i could tell a few days later then expected. I'll have a crack at getting it sorted this afternoon.

The fact that the points posted sounds good. You might still need the original online invoice however. It's possible the order was picked up during the eligible time period but the delay in the points posting may have tricked the system into thinking the transaction was made outside the eligible period. In store points appear to post instantly so it's possible that the targeted offer system has only been programmed to recognise the dates that the points appear in the relevant accounts, rather than the actual transaction dates. Good luck. I hope you get your points.

none for me either!! too loyal, i suspect. i live close to woolworths and know their stock well so it isnt an easy thing to just walk away to coles. i mostly shop online so knowing the stock matters a lot
Still no offers for me!

If there was a convenient Coles, I might well be swapping.

Spend $65 in one transaction each of the next two weeks for 1500 points per week.

Since Local Champion started delivering the extra point, I've concentrated on my one local Woollies to retain LC status. But no targeted offers whatsoever. Perhaps my consistent shops is why.
Doesn't help with the offers, but...
Have you looked into WISH cards? 5+% off works better than an LC point
