Wondering if this is only offered if you reward choice is set to QFF points and not Woolies discount.

I few weeks ago turned my EDR points to "Bank for xmas" as attained PC+ & year end date is 31st Dec, obviously won't use the Xmas Bank points for cash button & turn back to QFF points come January.

Yes. It mentions in the T&C's of the offer that the only people who might have received it were those who had Qantas Points as their reward option as of 4pm AEDT on Monday 18 November.

Booster spend $100 to get 1000 points - declined

I thought most on this site would have l points going to QFF!

Some temporarily change to bank for xmas once they have enough points for PC or PC+ so they can save any excess earn for their next FF year.
