4,000 points for $480…. Well, that’s across 4 weeks, but still, it’s a harsher reality when looking at it this way! 🤓

For any shopping or 'on selected products' (which will be things you've never bought before!)?
10x was everything, in addition to the seperate 10x boost your budget
Mrs Excel's 500 was any online or in person shop at woolworths with no spend target

So after 2 weeks of 1400 points for $150 (which I didnt get anywhere close to), this weeks it is 1300 points for $150 so offer getting worse.

Hasn’t it been a bit of a tradition that there are no decent promos in the middle of summer? ‘Cause everyone is traveling and/or meeting with family and buying a ridiculous amount of groceries anyway? That’s when my freezer gets its big workout. I try to stock up in November and early December, and spend as little time and $$ as I can at Colesworth during this time of year.

IME in 2023 there were a heap of great offers in Dec in lead up to Xmas and in Jan. But 2024 virtually nothing for Xmas and so far in 2025 no genuine incentives to shop.

Im not a fan of frozen food, i shop weekly for fresh food but being given unrealistic targets is meaningless. EDR needs to utilise metrics better, a single person household is never going to need more than $130 of groceries in any week (and thats an expensive week where one needs laundry products).

Few offers from this morning.
