Glad to say my $1750 worth of myer vouchers arrived today - 3 days early... and to think I had my complaint email ready to send! Well done QFF shop :D

I guess vouchers are relatively easy to send/ship compared to TV's and the like :!:
Very true... just commenting on the post by Hooizzit who ordered Myer vouchers that haven't turned up for 10 weeks. Note they were sent by registered post but were just left in the letterbox???

yo yo ma,

My apologies. You are correct and I overlooked that post.

This just reinforces the thought that I will not use the shop :!:

I have had a good experience with the order of 100,000 points worth of Myers vouchers through the store, which arrived yesterday, 19th of November, after being ordered on the 1st.

It seems to me that that the setup that Carlson have in place delivers satisfactory results when things run smoothly, but falls apart quickly and completely when something out of the ordinary occurs, resulting in the mixed experiences reported in this and other threads.

mrblobbyaus,

Probably quite a fair comment though from what we read here it appears that the 'something out of the ordinary occurs' part of it all too often.
