Hi

I have found a fare on Zuji.com on the AU site. Has anyone got any experience booking through them?
I understand they send the email confirmation straight away but how long does it take for them to ticket and send me the ema with ticket details

thanks

Generally straight away. As a rule tho, unless you see a significant benefit from booking through a t.a, try and book through the airline direct. The pain of changing tickets.can be very annoying.

Sent from my GT-I9100 using AustFreqFly

I'd second Mal's comments.

I have found Zuji issues the ticket immediately and providing you don't need to change the ticket I would say Zuji is fine.

The occasion I did need to change a ticket involved a long time on the phone. :-| I tend to book directly with the airline most of the time.

Thanks Mal and Tony

I looked at the airline site and they charged in HKD and when I added the banks conversion fees Zuji was cheaper but will now take your point re changes

So to clarify - Zuji will email me the booking confirmation straight away AND the tickets/ticketing will also be emailed to me also straight away and not a day or two?

thanks

Just checked a few previous bookings. Itinerary comes through straight away, a second email arrives within the next hour containing the ticket information.

Matches my experience. I use Zuji when I am pretty sure that I won't be changing flights (which for most of my personal travel is nearly always the case). Mostlt because of the lack of cc fees involved!

Zuji is OK, used them a lot, they are great if you have to book a flight from an OS destination you are not familiar with. I had a few issues once but got the direct phone number of their CEO who fixed things and phoned me back to ensure all was well. Not bad service.
