I recently took up a subscription to EF after a couple of years away, and set up seat and flight schedule alerts for about 15 upcoming flights, mainly Australian domestic.
A Qantas flight was cancelled (not 'zeroed out' ) and so it and the connection had to be re-booked. I got an alert from Qantas and re-booked it to a much earlier flight on the day. This is the EF seat alert I had set:
I didn't get an alert from EF - either SMS or e-mail. @JohnM I think has also had missed alerts recently.
Is there a known glitch that might have caused this, or maybe I set the alert incorrectly?
