Trying to book a Oneworld 280,000 award and keep getting an "unexplainable mark"! (:mad:Business) for some segments (mostly longest e.g. Sydney to London).

Does this mean that leg of the flight is not available for a Business award?

How do I get around this?

It means at least one flight is not in the class you asked for!

Change your search to something like SYD-HKG then HKG-LHR.
The tool is great but can take a bit of getting used to.

rblvb, if you roll the mouse over the exclamation mark, it will tell you which leg is not available in your chosen class. This could be because those seats are all gone or because the flight does not have that class of travel. For example, a longer business class flight that includes a SYD - CBR leg will often show this as most of the flights use Dash 8 planes which do not have business class so the message will say "Your flight from Sydney to Canberra will be in Economy".

Explanation mark? I thought it was an exclamation mark. Silly me.

Ha ha - that will teach me to post whilst watching the cricket and drinking VB.
Find something wrong with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But the cricket is very entertaining! All out now! You should have pretended it was "smart text" altering your typing!

Yes cricket is great – made a slight amendment to post ‘Howzat’

Now I’ve got to get back to booking my flight – might end up at the wrong destination the way I’m going:oops:

Hi,

Is there an online tool to book Oneworld FF redemption fares? The online tool inside my QFF members area seems to only look up Qantas fares and not partner airlines.

Thanks,
Dale.

Went and checked out one world.com but seems you have to do it all through Qantas. That seems to mean if you are wanting to book a OneWorld fare or partner airlines then you have to call the contact centre.

Thanks,
Dale.
