Taking my first 777 F flight from Changi in a few weeks and just had a question about the boarding process due to the security at the gate.

If I board first do I have a stream of passengers walking by for the next 30 minutes, or am I better off hanging back and boarding last? Thanks!

Nope, every now and then a wayward J pax but no mass stream of boarding pax.

Get on board and get cracking on the Krug.

Yep, remember to use Gate 1 if flying from T2, or the F driveway if flying from T3.. easiest way to check in.

Security prior to entering the gate is shared. As is the waiting area, prior to scanning boarding pass.

Boarding is via both doors L1 and L2, with L1 designated as first/business.. so you'll get some people walking by, but not many at all. Nothing like the 737, where you'd get 100+ people walking past in same situation.
