I've lost 5 kgs in the last month by running 4-5 kms each day, abstaining from alcohol (I miss my red ), and avoiding a lot of my fav foods. I fear a visit to the F lounge could undo all my hard work the last month.....! So with regret, I might give this a miss Mark. PS in Feb, I had breakfast and lunch in the F lounge before my flight to SFO...it was a most uncomfortable flight, and I swear I will never be so greedy again!!I am not sure I have picked the best time of the year to start losing some weight given yesterdays breakfast:
