Looks like VARA have / are implementing WiFi's on the F100's.

Was on VH-FNU and had WiFi.

I wouldn't be surprised if in the future we see a few business class seats (as it has very good seat pitch) and maybe it spreading it's wings further for domestic flying, mainly over the weekends as it does Perth - Darwin, Perth - Adelaide, Adelaide - Alice Springs, Alice Springs - Darwin on top of it's WA charter and scheduled flights.

To clarify, I think you mean Wireless In-Flight Entertainment (rather than Internet)?

I've used the wireless entertainment on numerous 737 services, and don't like it. The resolution is cough and there's a small range of material (also a problem on the 330 and 777). Ensuring the devices have enough juice is also a problem (lack of power).

Maybe they scavenged the entertainment systems from the e-jets (or the 737s that are getting upgraded ones with internet connectivity) and thought they might as well put them to use somewhere?
