Family Points Transfer - Multiple to the same person

I have searched the other threads and can't find a direct answer. If you are trying to transfer more than the 100k limit - are there any restrictions between transferring between the same two people? i.e.

1. A > 100k B
2. A > 50k B

I believe you can do multiple transfers so long as <= 100k each time.

Also if C has points balance less than minimum transferable, just transfer from D to C to get bałance above minima and then transfer combined points back

Note the catch is that there is a maximum number of transfers per year.

Yeah, no problems. Done it myself. There is a limit of 4 total transfers per membership year though.

You can do up to 4 transfers a year, each transfer can be up to 100,000 points and as far as I know there's no restriction on doing all the transfers to (or from) the same person.

I'm guessing there will be no issue but can anyone confirm whether there is a time limit between transfers to the same person? EG can I transfer 250k pts to the same person over three transfers immediately after one another?

Yes you can. However every frequent flyer member only has 4 transfers per membership year. So your could tranfer up to 400k in one membership year, and you can do it milliseconds after the last one if you are that quick.

Same but as the qantas frequent flyer website is functionally better it would be microseconds between transfers.
Minimum 5k max 100k, max 4 transfers in any 12 months.

Its 4 transfers in a 12 month period, not your membership year

Could be but Ive noticed that when my membership year clicks over I get the 4 transfers back.

11.2.2 each Points Transfer must be for a minimum of 5,000 Points and a maximum of 100,000 Points;
11.2.3 Members can perform a Points Transfer for free online but a fee (in accordance with the Fee Schedule) will apply when transferring Points via the Membership Contact Centre;
11.2.4 Members agree to ensure that they enter correct details before completing the Points Transfer; and
11.2.5 Points Transfers cannot be reversed once made, even if the Member has entered incorrect details.

I'm sure I remember having to wait with bated breath for the "12 months since the first of 4 transfers" date to roll around so I could make another one...

You might be right, but I'd be surprised if one could tfr 4 x 100k the day before your membership year turned over, and another 4 x 100k the day after, so 800k shifted in a couple of days..
