Thought I'd keep you all informed. Velocity Frequent Flyer contacted me for info, and magically all the SC have been transferred to my account. Currently waiting on the Virgin America points and SC, but hopefully they will get to my account too. Thanks VFF for stepping in.

Yes, excellent result. For reference, when my partner and I first set up family pooling, I misunderstood how it worked and the flights credited to me instead of to her. This was xx_-LAX-SYD, so a lot of status credits. I called Velocity customer service (or maybe emailed; can't remember) and they cancelled the point and status credit to me and gave it to her instead, even though the mistake was entirely mine.
So it indeed can be done. That kind of service in a variety of instances has kept us flying VA.
