I have three:

- Susan Boyle in the BA Terminal 5 First Class Lounge
- Marco Pierre White on a QF flight - actually a colleague sat next to him in J and talked about it for the rest of the trip (I didn't know who he was at the time)
- Sat next to Erykah Badu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erykah_Badu on an AA flight to Washington DC - again didn't know who she was but having just got off a flight from Oz was mildly annoyed by the music she was making and I decided to strike up a conversation. DH knew her work and had played it on his radio programs. She was on the way to performing in DC.

Aaron Smith - currently famous for the wrong reasons. AKL-DUD 8/10 in the row ahead. Good to see he's back in for the Northern AB tour.

Blake from Bachelor fame was in Singapore Changi Gold T3 at 8.30am on Friday. Left after we arrived. Told Mrs Bodie he couldnt handle my George Clooney looks:D. She just laughed at me. Dont know why!

We were on Sq245 to Brisbane.

Broke some bread with Anthony Pratt at the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast this morning.

Have been having breakfast with some of the Australian cricket team the last few days here at Crown Metropol Perth.

Again not flying or lounging....

My wife and I are currently in Washington DC as my wife is attending a Cardiac Medical Conference. Last night she went to a function and met with Steve Wozniak. When she put her name down for the function I had to tell her who Steve Wozniak is. Apparently he visits Australia frequently as his sons lives here and he has an Australian grandchild. (I didn't know that)

She is off again tonight (Monday night) to another function to meet Magic Johnson. Meanwhile after a day of sightseeing at Arlington Cemetery I am resting my weary feet.

Often you meet famous people, but don't know they are. I met a nice guy on a flight (pointy end) from London to HK once and we spent a fair bit of time chatting. When we got to HK the plane stopped before taxiing to the terminal, the door opened, there was a stair, brass band, welcoming delegation and a fleet of big black cars.
President of South Africa apparently.

Kim Beazley on this afternoons flight PER-MEL, walked down the wrong aisle in J while on the mobile frantically asking someone about the US Election results. He had to back up the whole queue out of the plane when he realised he was in the wrong aisle and walked back to the front galley to the correct aisle, but was very apologetic. He is a big unit.

I can't believe I never posted this here.

Flying back from LAX-BNE at the start of this year, we ran into Kelsey Grammer in the QF F lounge. Struck up a brief conversation, he was very nice to talk to. Loves Australia.

I was telling MrsChooms it was the guy from Down Periscope and the voice of Sideshow Bob when she needed to remind me of his Cheers/Frasier days... you can tell my taste in TV/movies!

He was on his way to film some movie on the Gold Coast via Sydney.

Ray Martin was onboard the annual Pathfinders flight on Sat 12 Nov - this year to Hobart (from Sydney). He left early though as he had another engagement so we only flew one way with him.
