With all the QF bashing that goes around I though I should share my experience this week.

I rang to cancel a booking I had on last Tues as I took advantage of the Air Asia premium seat promo to Sydney.

Today the points are back in my account. Was quite surprised as I was expecting it to take at least 5 biz days.

So a big thumbs up for QF.
