Feedback email address

Hi Guys,

I have some feedback (pos and neg) to pass on to Virgin and have typed a fairly comprehensive email covering all of the points I want to pass on.

However this doesn't fit into the online feedback form.

I have called the Priority Velocity call centre who advised there is no email address for the guest relations team (yeah bull****!) and just to copy and pass it into multiple forms.

Anyone know of any email address to which I can send feedback?

Send a PM to the Virgin Rep on the forum and I'm sure he will give you an address to send it to.
