I find it hard to see the breakdown of points earned on the WEDRQCC either on the cc website, or the rewards website. What am I doing wrong?

I ran short of cards for staff presents and noticed buying direct from the store earned me only 1x points on the Edge compared with the 3x points earned with online purchases made previously in the month.

Nothing - I keep a separate reconciliation spreadsheet in any case, tracking points become a bonus use. (A lot like Citibank.)

Serfty you still have to use a dart board to have a stab at how Citi work their points. Woolies is pretty accurate for our 3 credit cards.

My spreadsheet worked pretty well and I kept in front of things.

After a major card re-evaluation, the only Citi products I have are the free-for-life plat and the debit visa. I no longer employ the former. (It also now has zero rewards points ...).
