I've never had this problem before. I'm WP, end of membership year in a few weeks. I requalified for WP way back in Jul 19 (and over 2000 SCs now). By this point I would have normally expected my new card in the mail or at very least my digital card to update with the new expiry date.
Neither has happened. My online profile is showing milestones to P1 so it has obviously picked up I've requalified. I tried the request replacement card option and it says "Your membership tier will expire within 30 days".
So I called QFF. Sounds like I got the Philippines. Asked where my card is, she says normal practice is they won't order the new card until the end of the membership year, and you'll get them 10-14 business days after that. Apparently all good, you can use your old card for four months after expiry. I asked "do all oneworld airlines accept that?" - I'm sure some BA/AA lounge dragon would be quick to turf you with an expired card. She said yes, but unconvincingly.
Put on hold, came back 15 minutes later saying she needs to look into it further and will call back tomorrow.
