FHR website "bug"?

So just trying to book my first FHR/HC as a centurion member..
website giving me issues..

I search for location, rooms, pax, dates etc.
hotel results come up with the perks
click on a hotel "find out more" button
then the next page has no content except header & footer
if i seach for the same dates but select the property directly, it says no rooms available for those dates.
tried clicking on another property for the hell of it and same "blank page", no content except header & footer

My RM came back with pricing but nearly double what the FHR reports for me for the same property/dates/pax etc

It could be a temporary glitch...
I would try again tomorrow and see what happens.

I would also suggest you disregard pricing from your RM for now until you confirm pricing on FHR website... In my experience FHR should give you preferential pricing tailored for Plat/Cent.

Tried it over the last week, and always same issue

I’m not having any trouble with this on my Amex log in.
Have been looking at multiple FHR properties destinations and dates over the past few days so it can’t be a generic Amex travel problem.
 
I can confirm the same. No problem for me today.
Other things to check: Browser/settings? Is booking from Amex app on phone possible?

That is all I can think of for now...
