Bula,
We're sorry for the inconvenience this has so far caused. Can you please provide your booking reference and we will assist from there.

Ah it didn't take 60 days, just received email with a letter from Fiji Airways for the travel insurance purpose. Very brief letter just confirming the original flight time and rescheduled time, due to operational reason. Hope it's enough for the travel insurance.
Unfortunately, just minutes after receiving this email, got another email saying that the flight have been further rescheduled to 3 pm......Now looks like I've to get another letter. And arriving bne really cutting it close to catch the connecting to ntl that I newly bought.
...and your schedule :!:Factor it into the budgets,

I have been flying internally in Fiji a fair bit over the last 12 months on the Fiji Airways domestic service ......... firstly Sun Pacific but it has recently rebranded to Fiji Link (ATR500 / De Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otters fleet)
Lesson learnt:
1. Travel insurance can be useful.
2. Get flight with one PNR if not much more expensive.
3. Always have leeway for international flight connection.
Got an answer from the travel insurance company today. They will reimburse the new flight ticket ($140) but not the taxi. Better than nothing.
No excess on policy?
I assume it would be their Corporate Travel Policy product that was used? Link is here, I have not read the PDS yet.

Yeah I think so. We did not buy it directly from AHI but via Avant Mutual.
