I can't remember exact dates. But I have memories...
I was travelling when I was nine months old - I believe that was first trip to Malaysia and Philippines, with stops also in Hong Kong and Singapore.
I used to travel quite often - at least once every year - when I was a munchkin. I still remember when PR used to operate BNE-MNL using either a 744 or DC-10 aircraft (pretty much the only DC-10s in the Asia-Pacific region!). I still remember the old BNE international terminal on Lomandra Drive - the old tin shed with six standoff gates. I used to complain how in BNE we had to board via the tarmac, yet in (almost) everywhere else we went there were aerobridges! (Now I sometimes miss the days when I can board or disembark using stairs)
I used to remember when Economy meals were more generous and tasted quite good - as kids, my sister and I used to eat everything (sans the bread roll) and really enjoy it.
My first Qantas flight was MNL-BNE I think when I was 6 or 7 years old.
I (we) joined QFF in 1994 when we went to the US (and my parents insisted on my salutation being "Master"). BNE-SYD on Australian Airlines, SYD-HNL-SFO on QF, then SFO-LAS-MCO on America West, then back home MCO-PHX-LAX on America West, then LAX-SYD-BNE on QF. Back then, QFF had only two levels of status - Silver and Gold - the lowest status was White, you could only get points on BA if you flew J or F, and points were measured in kilometres, not miles.
I flew QF one more time, I believe, in 1997. Then I didn't fly QF again until 2005.
During all of these years, I'm surprised - and perhaps disappointed - I never flew AN.
