I had Boston Lobster yesterday SYD - SIN and it was rubbery- good flavour though. It was just a half tail - I was expecting both halves of a full Lobster after researching photos online
i can`t recollect the lobster being spectacular when I had it either.

I will echo these comments. I had it FRA-SIN a few weeks ago and was definitely rubbery. Not sure if it should have had more sauce as well but it definitely lacked something. I wouldn’t order it again. YMMV

Here is my whole Boston lobster Thermidor ex-Sin 2 weeks ago in Suites. It was lovely and included the claw etc. Coupled with Cos d'Estornel 2006 but who cares it's red!
