I have been posting this for some months now and repeatedly been ignored or told I was wrong. I guess other people are starting to notice now.

F Saver is still available on Australia routes, not sure why this myth is perpetuating.

I can see that availability. TBH I don't search for flights that close to departure. I don't know whether those are residual F Saver flights from when they were loaded nearly a year ago or whether they are releasing F Savers at T minus five weeks. There seems to be nothing after December for MEL or SYD. SQ haven't released new F Savers to/from Australia as part of the general daily inventory for many months now.

I guess the norm is it's mostly reserved from PPS/Solitaire members, then close to departure, if it's empty, they release 1 (or 2?) F saver.

Are you saying that SQ isn’t releasing F Saver Awards when the flight opens at T-330 days or whatever? Because that is very different to “SQ stopped releasing F Savers Awards on Australian routes”. Given most flights to Australia have only 4 F seats, it’s fairly reasonable they’re released closer to departure IMHO.

How do you know these are not just the residual inventory that has been released before the cut off? Because these F Savers used to be released every day and now they aren’t.

If they are being released just at less than T minus 330 then could you share what the new timeline is?

I'm currently sitting in TPR in SIN waiting fro SQ261 to SYD, on F-Saver booked 3 weeks ago.
I can't tell if it was available any earlier.

I noticed the change to availability around May/June this year where F Savers were no longer made available as part of the daily drop and there wasn't even an option to waitlist. So I guess the question is whether there will ever be F Savers released for dates after May 2026 and, if so, when they were released.

Enjoy your lunch. My go-to is satay followed by laksa with a whole lobster, followed by the white fungus soup served cold.

There's plenty of F Saver availability ex-MEL. Unfortunately it's not obvious because of a recurring bug that means it doesn't show in the seven day availability window so you have to scroll through the days one by one.

As a lowly Krisflyer non-elite, I snagged an F saver ZRH-SIN-MEL for mid August 2025 a couple of weeks ago (LHR was also available but I wanted to avoid the hefty UK APD)

The last time I checked F saver was also available peak travel time FRA-SIN-MEL for 29th July 2025

The same route I booked this year was available earlier this year…SQ F saver ZRH-SIN-MEL was available for August 2024 as late as July 2024 (I tentatively snagged them then, but got pts refunded when my plans changed)
I think KF release last minute F saver awards on the ZRH to MEL route to non-PPS (sometimes FRA and LHR but rarer - never CDG from what i’ve seen) at short notice when they’re unlikely to fill their 777 F cabins

But you’re correct - Milelion did test his PPS status against others and PPS sees a lot more saver F availability
