First time on Air Asia MEL-KUL

Good news. I had a look through the booking process and the seating is 3-3-3 like the flights from MEL-KUL so I guess the old pieces of junk are gone!

Also found a piece on their website that says the lie-flat seats will be on the London flights from June 2010.

I dont think the A330 has the range to do KL to London non-stop, thats the reason why the A340 operate on this route.

The a340 continues to operate however the cabins have been refurbished the same as the A330

I was wondering that.
Still good news, better than having the old empty shell of big screen projectors and seats shedding body parts.

Note 3-3-3 seating vs 2-4-2 on QF 330, LA340, CX330 etc...
