Applying the Sticker SIM was pretty easy - they essentially supply a blank plastic card that you drop your existing SIM into to get the placement correct - although i had to use a knife to ensure the sticker sim lifted away properly.
Switching SIMs is pretty easy via an installed app

I've had a subscription for 12+months now and used successfully in 7 countries.

It's predominately data.
No incoming number attached.. it does have outgoing calls built into the app.
(Current charge is 10Mb/min for all countries - or US0.30/min).
I use a VOIP client for both incoming and outgoing calls (with my Aussie number forwarded to an Aussie in dial)
