PLEASE INCLUDE DATE, FLIGHT NUMBER, ORIGIN & DESTINATION IN ALL REQUESTS
>>>> ADDED BY ADMIN (6 Sept 2010) <<<<

Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions about seat availability on specific flights. These are all valid questions and we all appreciate the efforts our members go to to provide answers.

The only drawback is that our forums can become "cluttered" with specific questions about availability on specific flights. This tends to reduce the overall usability of our site.
We have therefore created this new consolidated thread where you can ask questions about seat availability on specific flights. Hopefully, this will reduce clutter and improve useability.

Guidelines for posting in this thread
Please post questions about availability of specific flights or upgrade probability in this new consolidated thread. Be sure to include the airline, flight number, date, origin and destination and any other relevant detail.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

Thanks!

See this thread for hints on how to read loadings:

If looking for, say Qantas points upgrades, look for A class for First, mid to high D or any I class for Business and any R for Premium Economy.

Look for the most expensive category of the cabin YOU are currently booked in as being sold out e.g. J0 to first, W0 to Business & Y0 to PE for increased op-up chances. Also, look for availability on the discount premium buckets (A, P, I, D, U, T & Z inventories).

Conversely, look for high numbers in the discount economy buckets (N, O, Q, E & X inventories) for reduced op-up chances.

Seat maps can be a VERY rough guide but note that just because a seat is not showing as allocated does not mean that seat hasn't been sold. Not everyone pre-selects seats.

Original thread title: update on QF93 on 12 sept

Appreciate it if someone could check EP for loadings.

Hi all, is anyone able to provide the fare class loadings for the above flight? I've got an upgrade request in and would like to know my chances as QF gold.

TIA

For future reference there is a dedicated thread for this and you also are required to provide the Origin and destination.

Thanks Jase05, I'll have to search more thoroughly next time.

Hi trying to do a bit of a recce for a friend who is worried about flights being cancelled due to low loads.
Can someone please tell me loadings for

Air New Zealand 24 AKL to Vancouver dep 17 May at 2015

And

ANZ 23 Vancouver to AKL 10 June at 2005.

Thanks

Just bumping this hoping to get a reply.

Would someone mind taking a look at QF44 DPS-SYD departing on April 7th? Interested in seeing what the upgrade chances are to J or PE.

Hi, Can someone please check my chance of an upgrade from J to F on QF11 17th March. I am platinum with Qantas. I can also see that my flight has gone from having 16 seats left in business last Monday to 32 seats left in business today. I guess a lot of people are cancelling their plans. I wonder if that means they may change the A380 to a smaller plane?

Thank you pjm99au. It isn't telling me it has been cancelled when logging into my account. Is that a possibility? I have been looking forward to this flight for a while. (sad face here).

I suspect it is just very empty given all the travel bans etc
Yes, ok, thank you. When I look on expert flyer the plane in economy is now only about a quarter full. I assume a number of people have cancelled. At this stage we are still going.

If someone could check QF10 - leaving today 19 March, at 11.55am LHR - PER for my chance of an upgrade to PE or Business. Assume slim to nil. Thanks!

It's booked in the schedule, but their operating history shows the flight is cancelled almost every second day. It did operate last Thursday - but not Wednesday or Friday.

It's part of Air AsiaX who are known for sudden cancellations without warning so given it's not available on their own web site appears to be cancelled, but not entirely removed from some 3rd party records/services.
It turns out HK Express was just as good if not better than Air Asia.

Hi all - I'm hoping someone with an EF account can provide the seat map for QR137 (DOH-BCN) on 15.08.2021
I am trying to determine if this is a QSuites route

Here's the seat map as it stands 361 days before the flight...
