Hi,
I should preface this by saying that the following refers to South American airlines.
I had reward bookings via Qantas for flights on LAN and TAM as part of a business class oneworld award.
Initially the sector EZE-GRU on 8 october was booked in business.

Then a whole pile of changes occurred and at one time there were no J seats available - ie not J or C 0 - just no reference to those classes.

Anyway , to cut the story short , EF says JJ 8019 has C6 available on that day but the TAM website says no J or PE seats available . ( TAM - Unexpected error)

I get the impression that TAM is in the middle of converting J to PE seating in these services but I am interested to know how there can be a difference in what EF says and the website.

Clearly I would prefer the EF site to be right as I much prefer to sit in the front end of the a/c.
