Are the Liquorland and 1st Choice offers still coming through ?

I am only receiving emails for cheap wine and no bonus FB points offers at all.
Yes. Discussed here frequently:

So I got my offer last week for 4 weeks to spend $50. I activated through the app but it's not showing as activated.... I have receipts from last week and tonight's purchase. Should I be calling through to the call centre to double check and look at sending my receipts so this could be investigated? Has anyone else had this offer and have the same experience as I have? I have checked the app and through my Chromebook. Thanks :)

That has been a perennial problem with Flybuys when you activate an offer yet the website (or app) doesn't show it activated. My experience of a few "say spend $50 in next 3 days to get 2k pionts" when activated from email but is not saying so in website or app however still yields the points. And once upon a time I rang up and asked why it was not activated yet the CSA said that it was (gave some lame excuse about systems caching rubbish).

I think you would be OK. The receipts however should verify this.

My gripe remains them paying out the points with their 3rd party stores where you have to constantly chase them up. Even today 2 accounts were paid out for a promotion for Liquorland of spend $30 for 1k points, yet 2 accounts weren't who did the exact same purchase/promotion, so again another chase up.

Flybuys reliability is becoming notoriously bad if you are not on top of your game.

Your docket should congratulate you. I checked it each time

I notice that after the first week the offer doesn't show as activated or disappears entirely but reappears a few days into each week but I've always seen it recorded on the receipt. I really wish flybuys awarded points instantaneously like WWR does and had a digital receipt to save having to collect them to chase missing points!

Phew - just checked it. Thanks.

This - YES !!! Coles is much closer but I did like the dark side for that reason.

2 weeks left and then 10k points woo hoo :)

I take photos of my receipts and store them in my dropbox until all my points get credited just in case.

Same thing happened to me...
It makes you rethink "Did I activate that offer"?
I nearly shopped elsewhere for the week until I read the bottom of receipt.

I purchased wine through First Choice last week through CR and there was supposed to be a bonus 2000 points that haven't appeared. What's the best way to contact them and how much info do I have to provide to get them to give me the points - I didn't take a screen shot

I keep getting really high offers (been dropping from $230's down to $150 now after 6 months), but still holding out. HAven't been bothering to take the easy BP's on offer through First Choice and LiquorLand, because still waiting on VA to resurrect itself.

As Sopoor said it is 3-4 weeks, my experience is it is almost exactly on the 4 week mark, ,but as I mentioned earlier this year Flybuys are becoming horendous for paying out these promotions. Emailing is useless, call them up is the best course of action - but you will need to do this a few times most likely.

My $100 for 2000 pts dropped down to $90 and then finally $70 for 2000 pts. Combined with Woolies offers going back up/disappearing, it was time to spend the required amount. Wonder what the next offer will be.......

But those thoughts are wandering
Fred

My offers are tempting now, I bit when it got down to $120 with 2K bonus points and each week subsequently it's been increasing $10 (this week $140). I'll kep going until $150 then shop at Woolies awaiting a reset.

Don’t know if it’s a recent thing or if it’s been going for a while but it seems flybuys have partnered with catch and offer a standard 1pt per dollar and 2pts per dollar if you have their club membership. On top of that they’re giving a one off bonus of 10pts per dollar or 20pts per dollar with club membership on the first transaction.

Just arrived in the inbox today too

To say sorry for the recent system issues, this weekend all Coles Supermarkets and Liquorland customers will get triple flybuys points on their food, groceries or liquor purchases.

I wasn't sure if this belonged in VFF or Flybuys. (Email came from VFF)

Transfer 1000 FB to VFF and receive a bonus 250 VFF points (on first transfer only) (1000 FB for 750 VFF)

Activate auto-transfer and receive 500 bonus VFF points (on first transfer only) (1000 FB for 1000 VFF)

Note that activating the auto-transfer transfers ALL your FB points to Velocity, and it can't be reversed. Is this an extra 250 VFF for each 1000 FB, or just for the first transfer regardless of the amount?

For the first transfer only. A measly amount TBH and not worth turning auto-transfer on.

So whether you transfer 1000 manually or all your points with auto-transfer, you get 250 or 500, that's it.

Got this offer as well. Will be happy to transfer the minimum 1,000 flybuys to get the 250pt bonus but will not be doing any more at this stage.
