Flybuys Member Help Email Full?

Hey Everyone,

I tried emailing Flybuys earlier today to get some missing points sorted but a few moments later I was greeted by my mail client with this cryptic message:

It seems like someone at Flybuys hasn't been checking their emails. Any thoughts on how to get past this aside from picking up the horn and giving them a toot?

I've had this before a few times - try again a bit later and it should be right. Then you get onto the real problem trying them to actually respond to you without following up.
 
Just tried emailing (as phone line was busy) and was hit with the "delivery failed as recipients box is full" autoreply.
