Flybuys survey drops out early

I received a survey about transferring Flybuys points to Velocity Points and earning Velocity Status Credits. Offering 500 points for completion. Hosted by paralleldata.decipherinc.com. It dumped out to the Flybuys home page without warning or any kind of message after I'd answered questions on number of flights I took pre- and post-pandemic.

Anyone else get it? Did it work for you? I wonder if I'll get the promised points?
